I engaged Leigh Rowsell to install flooring for me following some renovations in my home. I paid Leigh $3608.00 to install the flooring however even after 12 months and all attempts by me to to get him here I am still waiting. He ignores some phone calls and to be honest I have come to the conclusion that there is a distinct possibility he isn’t giving me my money back or doing the job. I’m an Aged Pensioner and cannot afford to just give money away like this. Employing Leigh was a huge mistake and I wish I’d never engaged him.

This rat will ask for money for materials upfront, then never turn up to complete the job. I think he’s on drugs, avoid at all costs
