Common questions

Is the fee refundable?
The $69.95 fee is non-refundable regardless of the outcome. If your application is rejected you will be notified with a reason and given the opportunity to resubmit.
How long does the review take?
We aim to review all applications within 2 business days. You will be notified by email once a decision has been made.
Can I display the badge on my own website?
Yes. Once approved you will have access to an embed code in your portal that you can add to your own website.
What happens if my application is rejected?
You will receive an email with the specific reason. You will then have 48 hours to re-upload the correct documents and resubmit without paying again. After 48 hours a new payment is required.
Do I need a paid subscription to apply?
Yes. The verified badge is available to paid subscribers on the Starter plan and above.
