The fee is non-refundable regardless of outcome. If your application is rejected you'll be notified with a reason and given 48 hours to resubmit without paying again.

We aim to review all applications within 2 business days. You'll be notified by email once a decision is made.

Yes. Once approved you'll have access to an embed code in your portal to add to your own website, email signature and social media.

You'll receive an email with the specific reason. You'll then have 48 hours to re-upload the correct documents and resubmit at no extra cost. After 48 hours a new payment is required.
