Embarking on his journey in the HVAC industry with a 4-year apprenticeship at a well-regarded commercial air-conditioning company, Jarrad honed his skills and deepened his knowledge under the guidance of some of the sector's leading figures. Completing his apprenticeship with one of the world's premier appliance brands, he earned his qualifications in 2015, equipped with a comprehensive understanding of both residential and commercial air-conditioning systems, as well as appliance repairs.
Jarrad's wealth of experience is not just limited to installations and repairs; his tenure in the industry has imbued him with a profound insight into the nuanced needs of both sectors. After gaining valuable experience and registering an ABN, Jarrad ventured into the world of entrepreneurship as a sub-contractor, initially operating out of his parent's garage with his trusty Honda CRV.
However, it wasn't long before Jarrad's dedication and expertise led to a rapidly expanding client base, necessitating the birth of Sharp Air-Conditioning and Appliance Services. Within six months, the growth of his business prompted the transition from the Honda CRV to a more spacious van, and a year later, Jarrad moved the operation to a workshop in Bibra Lake. This new space underwent significant renovations, including the addition of an office and showroom, establishing the current home of Sharp Air-conditioning and Refrigeration.
Today, Jarrad Sharp stands as a testament to hard work, innovation, and an unwavering commitment to quality. His journey from an eager apprentice to the founder of a successful business is a source of inspiration and a benchmark for excellence in the air-conditioning and refrigeration industry.
